If you live in Washington, D.C. or nearby, I can work with you in-person. The fitness industry can be frustrating - let me help. Together, we'll build a healthy lifestyle that you'll love.

How it works

We'll start with a consultation. This is usually at a cafe where we can chat about your goals and current lifestyle. From there, we'll decide what the best way to move forward is. This could include outdoor workouts, training at your building/work facilities, or home-based training.* We'll also decide on a date for our first session. 

From there, we will work towards your goals and my goal: helping you fall in love with your exercise habits. Programming will vary by client. 

How Much does it cost

The consultation is always free, and the costs for different options are listed below.
