ONE-ON-ONE Online COACHING
Wraps, shakes, or the latest diet pill, barely a day goes by without the weight loss industry creating a new magical solution. I've been there. I've used it, drank the kool-aid, and - thankfully - fully recovered. There are two big problems with these fads 1) they're short-term and 2) they don't enrich your life. Studies have shown that 95% of diets fail and most regain the weight and more in 1 to 5 years. On top of that, these quick fixes rarely enrich your life. Real, long-term wellness should not be a chore, and it doesn't have to be.
I'm a certified personal trainer, and I want to help you create real wellness in your own life with a focus on long-term, whole-body results. As an online coach, I'm able to work with you on your own terms no matter where you are in the world.

So what's it like?
We'll start with a consultation where we will chat over coffee, video, or phone about your health history, exercise habits, nutrition, and self-care tactics. Then, together we will decide if this is the best option for you.
Each week, I will send you a full set of workouts via the Trainerize app. There, you will have instructions on form, reps, sets, and equipment. I will be available to you via instant message, email, and text for any questions or concerns and to cheer you on!
We will also chat via instant message, video, or phone once a week for 30 minutes to decide on areas of focus and specific actions to try each week to build on intuitive movement skills, body image and mindset, and self-care tactics.
After each talk, I will send you an email with resources and objectives for the week.
Together, we will find what works best for you. There will be absolutely no body-shaming, and I promise to work within the pillars of the Body Positive Fitness Alliance to ensure that I am approachable, accessible, within my scope of practice, and promoting full health and body positivity.
Online wellness coaching isn't for everyone, so let's test it out first. If at any point, it's not working, you will get a prorated refund from the day you decide. I am also available to help you find something that might work better for you.
